If you have received a notice of proposal to refuse your registration with Ofsted, you should be aware that a cancellation will likely disqualify you from future involvement in children’s homes. As such, it can be prudent to apply to withdraw your application and resubmit at a later stage when all outlined concerns have been addressed.
