We have been going since 2017, which makes us one of the most longstanding children’s home consultancy companies in the country. We pride ourselves on the relationships we have with our clients and believe we set a very high bar when it comes to the expertise of our consultants. We are a team full of ex directors, responsible individuals, and registered managers, meaning we know exactly how a children’s home needs to operate.

At the moment, it’s setting up new children’s homes (overseen by Andrew Roberts), carrying out Regulation 44 visits (overseen by Vickie Healey), and providing mentoring to Responsible Individuals and Managers (overseen be wonderful members of the team).

Yes, we work with clients and providers throughout England and Wales. However, if a request comes in for us to take on a Reg 44 contract, we carefully consider the coverage we have in that area, as we never want to find ourselves in a position where we can’t cover a visit in an emergency.

Our pricing is very much tailored to your provision and your goals, which is reflective of Changing Outcomes as a whole. We don’t have a generic approach to our work and see ourselves as trusted partners, working towards a shared goal.

Yes, we are registered with the Information Commissioners Office and have Employer’s Liability Insurance, Public Liability insurance, and Professional Indemnity Insurance.
